The purpose of this project is to resurface State Road (S.R.) 100 from the Putnam County line to west of U.S. 1 in Flagler County. The project also proposes to improve the connection of Dean Road to S.R. 100. Drainage improvements, lighting upgrades at signalized intersections, and signing and pavement marking upgrades, are also planned.
