This project proposes to mill and resurface a 2.2-mile-long segment of State Road (S.R.) 401 from S.R. 528 to the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. In addition to repaving the travel lanes, ramps, and shoulders, the project plans to provide traffic signal upgrades at Charles M. Rowland Drive and Grouper Road. Necessary drainage improvements are also planned.
